Congratulations, Erin Brady!
The 25-year-old Miss Connecticut contestant proved that "she's beauty
and she's grace," by being crowned the2013 Miss USA winner tonight at
Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Strutting a beautiful white gown, Brady was given the title after
answering a question about the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to uphold
widespread DNA tests, which she agreed with.

York apartment for one year, Brady is expected to spend her title
reign on a nationwide speaking tour and raising awareness for breast
and ovarian cancers, the organization's official cause.

pageant in Moscow, Russia, on Nov. 9.
The first runner up, Miss Alabama MaryMargaret McCord, will take over
should she not be able to complete her duties. The second through

Powell, Miss Texas Ali Nugent and Miss South Carolina Megan Pinckney.
