Victoria Azarenka Out of Wimbledon

Victoria Azarenka has withdrawn from Wimbledon before her second round
match with a knee injury.
The Belarusian, a two-time semi-finalist at SW19, fell heavily in her
opening match against Maria Joao Koehler before going through 6-1 6-2.

However, she required a medical time-out at the start of the second
set on Monday and had to have the knee strapped.

She was due to be first up on Centre Court against Flavia Pennetta on
Wednesday but pulled out just minutes before the match.

The news is a huge blow to Azarenka and indeed the women's draw, with
fewlive dangers to five-time champion and hot favourite Serena
Williams remainingin the draw.

Pennetta will face Alize Cornet in the third round after the
Frenchwoman defeat Su-Weh Hsieh 6-3 6-2.
